Sharing the Bed

Sharing the bed for me can be quite a challenge even in a Queen size bed. I like to have my space and spread out.  I've been sharing my bed with Aiden for quite sometime now, and he has become quite the snuggle bunny.  Now that Parker is apart of my little family, I decided that it was his time to join the bed because I did not want him to feel left out.

So here is to our first night...

Here Comes Trouble...

As you all know from this previous post, I have a new addition added to my family.  

This little one has given me some unexpected turns.

After putting him in a harness,

He ate his way out.

Then I had school on Monday afternoon, I put him in this...

and when I got home I had 2 puppies greet me at the door.

I'm assuming he climbed out.  (How is Beyond Me.)

Tuesday I put him in the bathroom with a gate at the door..

He climbed over that along with spilling his food everywhere.

Wednesday.. He stayed in the bathroom.
Thank Goodness!

And Thursday.. Oh Thursday..
I came home to this...

Go Ahead.. You can laugh..
I can actually laugh now..
But I wasn't laughing when I came home.

Sleepy Days...

Do you ever have sleepy days or days that you just wanna lie around and do nothing. I mean NOTHING. The sleepiest bug in my household is this little rascal.

This little rascal would lay in bed for hours if he could. He has a preference that I'm there laying with him too, but I eventually have to get up. Most days he lays there all peacefully just like this.

Reflection....

What do you see in the mirror or reflective surfaces?

Well, my dog sees himself... It has never bothered him before until recently.

He found his reflection in my magazine racks.. Who would have even thought about that? I definitely didn't have a clue.

Here are a few pictures of him going crazy and trying to figure out where the other puppy is?!

He sat there for quite awhile trying to figure this one out?!
Then he decided to paw at them to see what happened?!

Finally he found it quite odd that the dog looked just like him and had a hamburger toy too!

I've gotten many laughs at him doing his, because it has been so out of the blue. He will bark and whine at his reflection, which makes it even funnier. Currently, I've turned all the magazine racks around that have reflective surfacing on them, because he ends up discovering this in the middle of me attempting to do school work.

Back Tracking to 7/19/09

I'm back tracking a little since I just started my blog. Trust me.. The blogs will slack off before long.

On this beautiful Sunday, my mom and I decided to take my nephew Colton and Aiden (my puppy) to Daffin Park in Savannah. The weather was absolutely amazing and the humidity was non-existence which doesn't happen often in the South. At Daffin Park, you can get away from all the tourism of Savannah, and we were allowed to let little Aiden off his leash since their wasn't hardly anyone around. We planned our day with a picnic, running on the open grass, and playing on the playground.

That afternoon... my brother (Brad) and my sister-n-law (Kristi) came over to let baby Caden have his first swim at my apartment pool..

Apparently.. we were all in the pool while he was in the pool so we only have pictures of before and after.. But Pops did get it on video..

All warm and cuddly afterward...

We had a very busy Sunday, but I enjoyed having all of my family together.
