Here Comes Trouble...

As you all know from this previous post, I have a new addition added to my family.

This little one has given me some unexpected turns.

After putting him in a harness,

He ate his way out.

Then I had school on Monday afternoon, I put him in this...

and when I got home I had 2 puppies greet me at the door.
I'm assuming he climbed out.  (How is Beyond Me.)

Tuesday I put him in the bathroom with a gate at the door..

He climbed over that along with spilling his food everywhere.

Wednesday.. He stayed in the bathroom.
Thank Goodness!

And Thursday.. Oh Thursday..
I came home to this...

Go Ahead.. You can laugh..
I can actually laugh now..
But I wasn't laughing when I came home.
When do Obedience Classes start?

Wednesday

Whew! What Relief!

LoL This sooooo reminds me of my little guy when he was a pup. He was the tiniest little thing and could get out of anywhere I put him! I would stack two gates on top of each other and put boxes in front of them; he could get out. I bought a cage; he could open it! I would put the cage against a wall; he would push it away and then open it.

I gave up and now he runs free all day. LoL

LOL I do have to laugh.. been their done that.I'm feeling lucky that my 4mo has only torn up some of the flooring.. :)
I'm sure you already know this, but the dog trainer part of me, has to mention... leaving him with a Kong stuffed with treats might keep him busy doing something constructive other than tearing up your things! :)

How can the tiniest of dogs do that type of damage?!?! You've got your hands full!

Dogs can be so creative, can't they? Here's to a more "obedient" future!

SO behind on my blog reading, but HAD to comment on this post even if I'm a little late! Dogs are just funny creatures. I once came home (3 days before my husband was coming home from a year long deployment to Iraq) to a kitchen with a 6 foot section of linoleum missing. My weimaraner, Abby, high tailed it for the back door as soon as I removed the baby gate that had her locked in the kitchen. How she got the ripping started, I will never know, but she's never done anything like that since, so she must have known it was a bad move. :-)

Good luck with obedience school!
