Pasta Craze

Here is a Recipe from My Kitchen to Yours:

Chicken Parmesan
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 Cup of Bread Crumbs
- Tony's Seasoning
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
- 1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
- Linguine Pasta
- 1- 3/4 cup of Marinara Sauce

Beat egg lightly in a shallow dish. Mix parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, and Tony's Seasoning in a separate shallow dish. Dip chicken in egg, then in cheese and bread crumbs mixture, turning evenly to coat both sides of each chicken breast with the cheese and bread crumbs mixture.

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.

Start the preparation of your pasta so it's ready before chicken is complete.

Add chicken; cook 6 minutes on each side or until cooked throughly. Top with mozzarella cheese; cover. Reduce heat to low. Cook 3 minutes or until mozzarella cheese is melted.

Place hot linguine on platter; top with the marinara sauce and chicken.

One afternoon, I started looking for a new and simple recipe to try. However, the only problem was that I didn't wanna run to the store to buy special ingredients. This is a recipe that I came across on Kraft's Website.

Enjoy!

This really looks delicious. I'd like to get into posting recipes on my blog, complete with photos. I've done a couple, but not nearly as well as you did. Great recipe, great photos. Thanks for sharing!

I would like to say that I think I am secretly in love with Paul Newman(RIP). Anything I see with his brand I buy it. I will be making this recipe very soon.
