On the Road Again...
Time in MS...
Day 7: Nashville
Day 6: Nashville

Saturday was another relaxing day, and we did some last minute driving around and shopping. We went to another shopping center out by Green Hills Mall and just looked around for about an hour. I did buy a cute little gift for my best friend in Mississippi that is watching Lil Aiden this week while I have been gone. I’ve really appreciated her watching him so that I wouldn’t have to leave him in a kennel.
We then went back to the Opry Mills Mall to look around a little more and to go to the Movies. We went and saw Julie and Julia; I absolutely loved the movie, but wondered what Julia Child really though about Julie’s blog. Hmm.. Guess I’ll never know. Long but wonderful movie.
After the movie, we went back to our resort to pack up he vehicle and settle in for the last night in Nashville.
Day 5: Nashville

On this day, we drove out to J. Piercy Priest Lake and Radnor Lake. Once again viewing the area to see everything that Nashville has to offer. I’m currently considering come next summer moving to Nashville if I can find a job in the Interior Design Business.
We also went to the Mall at Green Hills to look around a bit. We found the more expensive part of town, and where a lot of people shop. This was quite above my budget, but we did enjoy it. For dinner, I took my parents to the Rainforest Café since they had never been before. The dinner was great once again. We wanted to treat Larry (my step-dad) to the volcano dessert, but we were just TOO FULL.
Earlier in the week, we had purchased ticket to the Friday night show at the Grand Ole Opry. It was quite a fantastic show except for the rude, inconsiderate young drunks behind us. If you have ever been to the Grande Ole Opry, you would know that they did different show sponsors every 30 minutes and that the performers only perform two songs each. This is a TOTAL bummer when you have performers like Luke Bryan, and Mark Wills. Even though we only saw the best performers for a short time, it was a good show.
After the Grand Ole Opry, we drove out to Baskin Robbins to get Larry a ice cream cake. I forgot to get a picture because it was consumed very quickly. Another Great Day in Nashville… Can I move yet?!
Day 4: Nashville
As we were walking around, we were handed a menu from Tazza. The menu was extremely HUGE and had a VARIETY of things to eat with a DECENT priced menu. So we decided that we would go give them a try. Much to our surprise this restaurant was AMAZING. The portions were our of this world HUGE and DELICIOUS. My mom and I ordered off of the appetizer menu, and the portions were large enough for a main meal. This was by far the best food and the cheapest food we had had all week.
Located on 510 Church Street
(Between 5th and 6th Avenue)

After the delicious meal, we went to see WICKED..
All I can say about it was it was an AMAZING PRODUCTION. Words can’t even describe how good it was.
Day 3: Nashville

On Wednesday, we originally didn’t have anything planned, but after looking through many brochures of things to do in Nashville we started investigating the Nashville All Day Pass, and bought tickets on Tuesday Night. The Nashville All Day Pass included another tour around Downtown Nashville through Grayline Tours, a 90 minute walking tour and tickets to do a tour of the Ryman Auditorium, and the Country Music Hall of Fame. We got up really early on Wednesday morning and headed downtown.
This is the resort that we stayed at... It was very nice and close to everything.
Here are a few pictures from downtown...
Coyote Ugly.. Took this picture for a friend.. (Kind of an Inside Joke)

The Parthenon in TN
For Lunch, we went to the Wild Horse Saloon which was very good. We also walked around Downtown to a few of the shops on Broadway.
